I have a very diverse background and have been exposed to numerous software packages. Accounting, database, programming, mapping and basic office packages are just a few that I have dealt with over the years. How much technology does one really need to function well in a business environment. Many management employees have limited tech skills, but there are other people for that? ... or are there? Should everyone be technologically literate or is technology training wasting company resources?

Technology Skills for Education
What technology skills are really necessary for teachers and students to use in an educational atmosphere. Is teaching word processing a thing of the past? How technology oriented should an effective teacher be? How do you keep students engaged and not distracted with technology? When and how should students learn keyboarding? Opinions, input...?

Aging Workforce Competitiveness
As an older student returning to college , I am wondering how much age discrimination there will be to look forward to. This is especially a concern, since I will be trying to sell myself as technologically savvy. I am hoping with an aging workforce employers will be more open minded to hiring individuals with experience and stability. Tips, thoughts, ideas???

Cyberschool Retention Rate
The retention rate at cyberschools in PA is not supposed to be very good. Albeit the dropout rate at regular schools can also be high, are there any reasons you can think of for dropping out of cyberschool? ...or ways to increase cyberschool retention rates?

Viewpoints on Collaboration
I am looking for some honest feedback on how everyone feels about group work for classes. Either face to face or online classes...
